My dad recommended Exlen Technology to me as they sorted out his laptop issues quickly. Our desktop PC stopped playing videos for some reason and although I had a "Care & Protect" cover plan with Currys, they could not get to the root of the problem and were useless. We took our PC to Exlen and they diagnosed the issue within 24 hours! It turned out our anti-virus protection was the problem so Exlen removed it and replaced it with their own. Needless to say, I have cancelled the cover with Currys and I will be going to Exlen in the future for any PC problems as they are very helpful and didn't mind answering my probably silly questions about computers! Excellent service.
